Holistic Management Care & Designs

Meet Audrey

Like many, it was through a rich and transformative life journey that Audrey chose to dedicate herself to regeneration.

Naturally curious, sensitive, and proactive, she has followed an unconventional path at the crossroads of ecology, healing, creativity, and living spaces.

Her personal journey led her to ask deep questions about how we live, connect, and care — for ourselves, others, and the planet.

Audrey is a woman of connection – weaving together the material and the subtle, structure and intuition, beauty and function.

She creates and supports regenerative projects touching on housing, land, body and creativity.

Her approach is deeply holistic: she cares for the energy of spaces as much as for the people who inhabit them, putting well-being and connection at the heart of her work.

Through RegenEden, the initiative she founded, she brings together ecological renovation, permaculture, sensory and creative experiences — all rooted in the idea of reconnection: to nature, to one’s body, and to the essential.

Audrey’s diverse experience is her strength.

She has directed a successful eco-cleaning business in Australia, handmaking all-natural products and building deep trust with clients seeking both health and care. She also had a thriving career in property management, overseeing portfolios of hundreds of properties. In that role, she built bridges between landlords, tenants, contractors and communities — always seeking harmony and value for all. She has a gift for optimizing homes, creating flow, and ensuring people feel safe, seen and supported.

Her love for hospitality runs deep: Audrey grew up in a family of restaurant and hotel owners and has been immersed in service since childhood. She masters the art of hosting, understands atmosphere and human needs, and knows how to run hospitality businesses — from strategic planning to hands-on operations.

Her totem animal, the scarab beetle, represents regeneration, resilience, and the dance between earth and spirit. Audrey now works between Switzerland and France, developing regenerative projects with aligned partners and laying the foundations for a living, participative sanctuary.

She holds certifications in real estate, interior design, and project management, and is currently specializing in ecological renovation using biosourced materials (habitology). She also traveled around Australia for two years in a self-built van with her partner — a foundational adventure that rooted her vision in simplicity, adaptability and nature-connected living.
